SØR is a premium German fashion retailer operating since 1956. This engagement is Rheono in production: the Shopware CSV Import capability, born from real supplier-catalog pain.
Problem
SØR's supplier catalog intake was a manual weekly process: reformatting van Laack, Cambio, Herzens, and Baldessarini Excel files into Shopware-compatible CSVs, with supplier, gender, and season detected by hand.
Approach
Constraint: keep Shopware, don't hire more ops staff. Built Shopware CSV Import inside Rheono: detect supplier from filename patterns, infer gender and season, emit a Shopware-ready CSV. New similar suppliers add without code changes.
Outcome
Supplier onboarding dropped from hours to minutes. The capability is now general-purpose for Shopware retailers with similar supplier formats. Proof that ops automation retainers pay for themselves.
