This policy explains the type, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website.
This website is hosted on Google Cloud servers in the European Union. When you visit the site, your IP address and the server log data sent by your browser (browser type, operating system, referrer, time) are processed. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website quickly and securely). The data transferred is not merged with other data.
We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., PostHog Cloud EU, hosted in Frankfurt) for product analytics. PostHog is only activated after your consent via the consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); without consent, no PostHog tracking takes place. After consent, PostHog processes usage data in pseudonymized form and sets session cookies to recognize sessions. Person profiles are only created when a user identifies themselves, for example in the login area. On PostHog Cloud EU, IP address capture is disabled by default. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the banner or your browser's Do-Not-Track setting.
This website loads fonts (Satoshi, DM Mono, Font Awesome) through the content delivery networks of Cloudflare Inc., Fontshare Inc., and Google LLC. When the fonts load, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider. No font cookies are set. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website).
If you contact us by e-mail (sales@rheono.com) or book an appointment through our booking calendar, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, company details, and your message) to handle your request. The booking calendar is provided via Google Calendar; when you open the calendar, Google's own privacy policy applies additionally. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligation applies.
In the partner tool you can upload an Excel file with a supplier catalog. The file is converted in memory on our server (Google Cloud, EU region) into a Shopware-compatible CSV and the conversion results are displayed. The file is not stored permanently and is not passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures).
In the app area of the website (login, signup) we set a session cookie that stores your authentication state. The cookie is deleted upon logout or expiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
